I did a meme.
Lawful Good: Ventus had all of the darkness extracted from his heart when he was younger. Meaning he is 100% good. He'll do anything to save his friends, even sacrificing himself. If you ever find yourself fighting him, you know you're the bad guy.
Neutral Good: While not a selfish or unjust character, Issun is somewhat rude. He will not hesitate to suggest taking a little break during your journey, nor will he hold back while complementing a woman on her breasts. He's a hilarious character, far better than any Navi or Midna I've ever seen.
Chaotic Good: Neku Sakuraba (at the beginning) was the definition of a loner. His exact words were, "I don't get people. Never have, never will." He has no friends, and thinks that people in general are just stupid. He constantly wears headphones to drown out the sounds of people talking. However, when someone really gets to know him (aka Shiki), he will do anything to protect them.
Lawful Neutral: While currently at the statis of Neutral Good, the Silver the Hedgehog of Sonic '06 can be considered Lawful Neutral. He has an extreme sense of justice, and cares deeply about his friend (?) Blaze the Cat. He persistently (and slowly) chased Sonic in order to kill him and ensure a good future. He is a year younger than Sonic, and slightly naive. He also wants to believe that he is the true hero, and often puts the world on his shoulders in trying to prove so.
True Neutral: Dream Eaters are creatures that exist within Sleeping Worlds--worlds that are trapped in a certain point in time, constantly repeating the same events over and over. There are two kinds: Nightmares, which are evil and hostile towards everything, and Spirits, which attack only Nightmares. Sora and Riku both have Spirit Dream Eaters (Sora has the Meow Wow Cat and Riku has the Komory Bat). It is also revealed that Riku's adventures during KH: DDD were within Sora's dreams, and the Nightmares he fought were the ones haunting Sora's dreams, essentially making Riku a kind of Dream Eater (hence the Spirit logo on his shirt). When Ventus gives Sora his armor to protect him from harm, a Nightmare takes control of it and essentially turns Sora into a Dream Eater (hence the Nightmare logo on the mask).
Chaotic Neutral: Zoroark in the anime was used to cause havoc to a small town, because the bad guys (can't remember their names) kidnapped her Zorua cub. She posed as the three legendary dogs (Entei, Suicune, and Raikou), but was eventually freed by Ash and co. They unite to save Zorua, and she almost dies near the end. While not good or evil, Zoroark plays both roles in the movie, and she does cause a large amount of damage while trying to achieve her goal, which I guess qualifies as Chaotic Neutral.
Lawful Evil: Bowser Jr. is Bowser's son (shocker) and a technical member of the Koopalings. He first appeared in Super Mario Sunshine, claiming Princess Peach was his mother, since that's what Bowser told him. At the very end of the game, the father and son villains have a nice little chat.
Bowser: "Listen, there's something I need to tell you--"
Bowser Jr.: "I know Peach isn't my mother."
B: *shocked*
BJ: "Ya know, when I get older...
...I wanna fight that Mario again."
B: "Bwahaha! That's my boy!"
C'mon, who didn't think that was funny?
Neutral Evil: The Unversed are made from Vanitas's negative emotions. Whenever he is sad or angry, Unversed related to that emotion will form. If an Unversed is defeated, the negative emotion it represented will return to Vanitas, at which point he can immediately recreate that Unversed. The Unversed and Vanitas operate as a hive mind, which technically makes them evil, because Vanitas made them do evil things. Unversed may or may not even know what they're doing, but I guess they're still kinda evil.
Chaotic Evil: Count Bleck, formerly Blumiere, is a dark entity who wields an arsenal of evil magic, due to the Dark Prognosticus. He united O'Chunks, Mimi, and Dimentio (and Luigi I guess), telling them he would destroy all other worlds, and create a perfect new world for them to rule. However, his true goal was to erase everything from existence, and leave it that way. When Blumiere lost Timpani, the love of his life, he decided that a life without her is a useless life. He used the Dark Prognosticus to create the Void, which will eventually destroy everything. However, he has a change of heart because of Tippi, formerly Timpani, who convinces him to use the last bit of energy he has left to sacrifice (?) himself and Tippi to stop the Void. The event supposedly killed the two, but it is implied that they live somewhere else, where they can keep their promise to be together forever.
